PEANUT BUTTER BALLS 209
Ingredients
- 1/4 lb. butter
- 1/2 c. peanut butter
- 3/4 lb. XXX sugar (about)
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 c. fine graham cracker crumbs
- 2 oz. semi-sweet chocolate
- 1 oz. paraffin
Directions
Mix butter, peanut butter and vanilla in bowl. Add graham cracker crumbs, mix well. Work in sugar until you can roll in balls. Melt semi-sweets and paraffin in double boiler, dip balls in with toothpick. Makes about 2 1/2 dozen.
