HAM & CHEESE BALL
Ingredients
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 2 (6 1/2 oz.) cans Hormel ham, drained
- 1/4 c. real mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp. onion juice or 1 sm. onion, chopped fine
- 1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce
- 2 tbsp. parsley
Directions
Beat softened cream cheese and mayo. Add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly. Chill at least 4 hours. Shape into ball or balls and roll in chopped nuts (approximately 1 cup will cover cheese ball).
