QUESADILLA (SALVADORONAN STYLE)
Ingredients
- 1 c. Bisquick baking mix
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. milk
- 1 c. cheese (3/4 of Parmesan and 1/4 of Monterey cheese)
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 1 c. sugar
Directions
Mix all the ingredients until soft. Heat the oven to 125 degrees. Pour the mix in an oblong pan and bake approximately 1 hour or until brown.
