SALAMI BREAD 2
Ingredients
- 1 lb. hard salami, sliced
- 1 pkg. frozen dough
- Flour
Directions
Thaw the frozen dough, let it set in a large bowl, covered with plastic wrap or paper towel. When dough has risen (to check this push in with your finger and it should bounce back, the dough is then ready.) Put some flour down and roll out the dough as far as it can be stretched without making it too thin.
Then place hard salami all over the dough and slowly try to roll the dough along with the salami, making a long loaf. Try not to roll the dough too tightly. Once the dough is completely rolled make sure the end of the roll is pushed together so it will not unroll. then bake at 350 degrees until golden brown then serve. Hot mustard is always real tasty on the bread.
