Directions
Mix in order listed. Bake in sheet cake pan at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Batter will be thin.
ICING:
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. milk
1/2 c. chocolate chips
Combine and heat first 3 ingredients to rolling boil. Remove from heat and add chocolate chips. Stir until thick.
