Melt butter. Add sugar; let cool. Add eggs, cocoa, flour, nuts and salt. Pour into 9x13 pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Remove from oven.
While hot, spread one layer of the miniature marshmallows over brownie layer. Let these melt while making frosting.
FROSTING:
1 lb. powdered sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1/4 c. milk
1/2 c. cocoa powder
Mixture should be fairly thin so it will spread easily over the melted marshmallows.
